Nanjing Duble Metal Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd specially designs and manufactures pressure vessels with stainless steel materials of 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 317L, 310S, 2205S, 904L, and
AL-6XN series; Titanium and Titanium alloy; Nickel and Nickel alloy (Monel400, B-30, C-276, C-22, Inconel, and Incolloy); Zirconium, Titanium, and other non-ferrous materials, and explosion clad
plates with above materials. Nanjing Duble has A2 Grade Manufacture License of Special Equipment P. R. China, A2 Grade Design License of Special Equipment P. R. China, and ASME ‘U’ -Stamp
Certificate, and has been authorized ISO9001:2000 by Quality System UKAS. Nanjing Duble is a hi-tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province and has Hi-tech Product Certificate of Jiangsu Province.

Nanjing Duble has two factories in Jiangning District of Nanjing City. The total area of our company is 45,000 square meters, with a 21,000-square-meter manufacturing workshop and a 2000-square-meter
clean workshop. Nanjing Duble has more than 436 workers for pressure vessel design and manufacture. About 40% of workers are special technicians, with 11 design workers (two of them with the
certificate of pressure vessel design auditor); 7 technicians in welding; 21 technicians in non-destructive test (II Grade: 11 workers; III Grade: 2 workers); 82 welders with pressure vessel welding
license; and the important leaders and technicians of Nanjing Duble are from famous non-ferrous equipment company with many years’ experience in management, design and manufacture.

Nanjing Duble has more than 200 sets of machines for pressure vessel manufacture, design and testing. Our welding Machines include more than 10 sets of auto welding machines for circumferential and
longitudinal seam, tube-to-tube welding machines and butt welding machines; and more than 40 sets of Inverter Welding Machines. Our lifting equipment includes 20 sets of traveling cranes of 50 Tons,
32 Tons, 20 Tons and 15 Tons, and 3 sets of heat treatment furnaces (3m*3.5m*10m and 3m*1.5m*8m). Our mechanical processing and cutting equipment includes plasma cutting machines, 3m*3m mobile NC
high-speed drilling machines, 9m planning machines, 9m milling machines, 25mm cutting machines, and 80 drilling machines. We also have many special inspecting machines in UT, RT, PT and MT.

Nanjing Duble has a special non-ferrous material warehouse, and strictly separates non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials in different warehouses. We have a First Class Welding Material
Warehouse and a Second Class Welding Material Warehouse (strictly execute welding rod recycling and National Welding Wire Color Code Standard), as well as a Welding & Heat treatment Lab, a
Mechanical Property Lab, a Physical & Chemical Lab and a Non-destructive Test Room.

provide quality products and on-time delivery. Nanjing Duble’s output value was RMB 380,000,000 in 2008. 50% of the output in 2008 was stainless steel equipment, 25% was Titanium and Titanium alloy
equipment, 22% was Nickel and Nickel alloy equipment, and 3% was other non-ferrous material equipment like Cooper and Zirconium machines.
